When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
Access to the platform requires email verification. After completing payment for a subscription, you must verify your email address before you can access subscription features. Verification emails are sent automatically upon account creation and payment completion.
If you do not receive a verification email, please check your spam folder or contact support. Failure to verify your email does not entitle you to a refund. Paid subscriptions are never automatically deleted due to unverified email status.
Free demo accounts may be automatically deleted after prolonged inactivity (12 months without logging in). Paid accounts are never automatically deleted for inactivity.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
When a paid subscription expires or is canceled, your account will be automatically downgraded to the free demo plan. You will retain access to free demo features. After 12 months of inactivity (no login) on the free demo plan, your account may be automatically deleted.
All sales are final. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the service, failure to use the service, or inability to verify your email address.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lexspar and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, including paid accounts, at our sole discretion for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine may harm Lexspar, other users, or third parties. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
If your account is suspended or terminated while you have an active paid subscription, automatic billing will be disabled and you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles. Refunds are not guaranteed for terminated accounts.
Free demo accounts may be automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity (no login). Paid accounts are never automatically deleted for inactivity, but will be downgraded to free demo status if the subscription is not renewed.
In no event shall Lexspar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
